To address the lack of healthcare facilities in the province, the Provincial Government of Northern Samar has recently completed the construction of the Barangay Health Station in Barangay Osang, Catubig, Northern Samar.

The 5 million peso project includes water, lighting and electrical installations, comfort room, lavatory, hanging cabinets and other fixtures which are vital to effectively deliver healthcare services to the community.

The Provincial Government under the leadership of Governor Edwin Ongchuan continues in its efforts to improve access to health services by the Nortehanons.
